Australia's most decorated white wine, sourced from dry-grown Semillon vines planted in 1923. Young, it shows bright lemon and lemon-peel purity with the first whispers of toasty, nutty development already emerging. The palate is tight and focused, moving into a gentle waxy glide with firm, cleansing acidity through a finish that just keeps going. Low alcohol and searing freshness make it a superb match for oysters or a simple seafood platter, though it rewards a decade or more in the cellar.
