Crafted with a winemaker's sensibility, this gin is built from eleven botanicals, each individually distilled and then blended, using soft rainwater drawn from Gembrook in the Yarra Ranges. Juniper, coriander and orris root form a classic backbone, while native honey myrtle, macadamia and sandalwood bring a distinctly Australian warmth alongside citrus brightness from orange and grapefruit. The result is well-rounded and smooth, with a touch of unexpected spice from cassia bark on the finish. Equally at home in a crisp martini or a simple gin and tonic. An award-winning drop from the Yarra Valley, eleven distillations deep in the making of every bottle.
