Crushed flowers, rose petal and a touch of blood orange sit over red fruit and a mineral streak of crushed rock, with mint and liquorice building through a long, precise finish. The palate is crisp, translucent and vibrant, with the fine, persistent tannin structure nebbiolo is prized for. Pour with a classic tajarin al tartufo or simply grilled porcini.
