A fragrant, structured rosé from Château d'Estoublon in the Alpilles, built on grenache with syrah, cinsault and rolle. Watermelon and strawberry-lemonade notes lead on the nose, vivid and floral, while the palate carries a saline, mineral edge beneath the ripe fruit. Dry and medium-bodied with real drive through to the finish, it has more grip and gastronomic weight than an everyday rosé. Suited to grilled prawns, salade niçoise, or simply drinking on its own.
