A Moncur exclusive crafted in partnership with Mornington Peninsula's Paradigm Hill, in the estate's signature restrained, perfumed style. Expect rose petal and red cherry aromatics with a whisper of raspberry and pink peppercorn, carried on a palate of delicacy and purity rather than weight. Tannin is firm but silky, with a long, peppery, red-fruited tail that promises to reward a few years in the cellar. A natural match for duck breast or mushroom risotto.
