A pure, site-driven Clare Valley Riesling built on tension and detail. Lavender, lime leaf and lemon pith sit over a base of crushed mineral, classic Clare Riesling territory. The palate is taut and chalky, with a fine line of acid drawing the citrus through to a long, dry finish. Delicious now with dumplings or fresh seafood, and structured enough to reward a decade in the cellar.
