J.J. Prüm's calling card from the steep slate slopes above the Mosel. Deep and pure on the nose, with slatey, mineral-driven aromatics, white peach and a touch of honeysuckle. The palate is round, juicy and delicate, off-dry rather than sweet, with a fine thread of acidity carrying the fruit to a long, saline, precise finish. Naturally low in alcohol, it is a superb match for Asian-spiced dishes, fresh ginger or simply on its own.
