From the Ott family's coastal Clos Mireille estate at La Londe-les-Maures, Coeur de Grain is a more concentrated, selectively-picked expression of their Côtes de Provence rosé. White peach, apricot and white cherry aromas are layered with orange zest and a distinct sea-breeze salinity. The palate is medium-bodied and long, with nectarine, citrus and red berry flavours carried through to a saline, persistent finish. A serious, gastronomic rosé for bouillabaisse, grilled fish or a special-occasion lunch by the water.
