Guillaume Michaut's family estate farms vines across three generations of Chablis holdings, and this cuvée shows the appellation's classic chiselled style. Ripe, juicy citrus and white flowers meet a tangy, saline minerality on the nose, with concentrated pomelo and passionfruit lift. Raised in stainless steel with ten months on fine lees, the palate is unoaked, medium-bodied and precise, finishing dry and mouth-watering. Excellent with natural oysters or a simple goat's cheese.
