Crafted by Casa Tradición from select Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands around San Agustín, Jalisco, then rested for eight months in American oak bourbon barrels. The nose offers vanilla, caramel and caramelised agave over toasted oak, while the palate turns rich with maple, butter, butterscotch and honey, lifted by a touch of cinnamon spice. It finishes long and warming, the sweetness lingering well after the last sip. Best enjoyed neat, in a proper tequila glass, to appreciate its dessert-like complexity. Each bottle is a hand-painted ceramic decanter, individually crafted by Mexican artisans.
