Produced by Poggio al Sole in Tuscany from 100% organically farmed Sangiovese, hand-picked in early September and whole-cluster pressed, then fermented cool with no malolactic conversion and rested on lees until bottling. The nose is delicately floral with intense fruity nuances; the palate is refreshing and dry, carrying the faintest natural spritz. A light, vital style suited to crispy chicken, grilled fish and simple aperitif service. Best served well chilled (9-11°C) and enjoyed over the next season or two rather than cellared.
