Over 50 exceptional Chablis wines to taste – from crisp, mineral-driven classics to rare and premium vintages. A must for wine lovers and collectors alike.

Discover the elegance of our caviar, paired with a selection of Louis Roederer champagnes.
Guilherme, our Caviar Ambassador, will explain the different varieties of caviar and fish roe, with a guided tasting of caviar. You will learn to taste caviar in the most authentic way, traditionally as the experts do, revealing the subtle differences of each style of caviar to give you an understanding of how to enjoy and select the best product.
Attendees will taste a selection of champagne in this stand-up cocktail event.

An Evening Celebrating Champagne
The festive season doesn’t officially begin until the first bottle is opened — and after two sell-out years, we’re pouring 50 of them.
Every bottle is available to purchase on the night below retail — your chance to stock the festive fridge before it stocks itself.
Two arrival times — 5:00pm and 6:30pm — so every guest gets the space these wines deserve. Whichever you choose, you’re welcome to stay through to 8:30pm.
